This magazine is based out of the UK, and thus a bit more costly to those of us in the US. It is well worth the splurge, however. While it does have a lot of ads, more of them seem to be small-format, and the editorial content is well done and does not seem like expanded advertising!! My favorite articles have been those which set the doll-related subject in its historical context, and thus provide as it were a history lesson or cultural insights.
