Review updated February 2007. Madavor Media, LLC, the parent company that owns Doll Reader, has recently acquired IDEX. So I would imagine that we will see even more coverage of what's new in the doll collecting world! I like Doll Reader. It is usually in the shadow of Dolls magazine, but it can be a more lively periodical and the editor(s) seem open to reader inquiries and material submissions. I think if more collectors would do a little research on their favorite subjects, and submit articles, that we could have a really informative magazine going on here. Doll Reader has the potential to grow into a lively and au courant reader-driven project, like the fashion doll magazine Haute Doll.
